Vietnam day was held from November 6th to 7th for two days. The entire club participated for two days from 11 am to 5 pm. We have tried to express the culture of Vietnam through different activities and cuisine.
There were multiple booths, such as the quiz booth and the Vietnam clothes booth. People were quizzed on information regarding Vietnam and also were able to try Vietnam clothing. People were able to collect replicas of Vietnamese Dong (VND) in order to trade out for prizes in the end.
Lastly, people were able to taste Banh Mi, a Vietnamese sandwich, along with orange juice. Several prizes such as cup noodles or a portable charger were prepared as well for those who have received additional Vietnamese Dong.
Overall, Vietnam Day was a success as many students and adults participated and had an enjoyable experience.
