On may 13th we proceeded the third one shot program. We met at 1.pm in front of Yonsei university. Today we headed to Kyungbok palace and BukchonHanokvillage.
But before going to Kyungbok palace, we went to a hanbok(Korean traditional costume) rental shop to try on some hanbok. There was so many beautiful and various hanboks. we all chose one and we also braid our hairs.
Then we went to Kyungbok palace. The weather was nice, the palace was beautiful, and our clothes matched well with the palace. We took a lot of pictures there.
After talking pictures and taking a look around the palace we moved to BukchonHanok(korean traditional type of house)village.
At Bukchon we also took a lot of pictures and looked around beautiful Hanoks.
Then we again went to the hanbok rental shop. We returned our hanbok and went to eat dinner.
We went to a restaurant called “Joenjip(조은집)” in yeonhi-dong. There we ate Korean traditional meal. Everyone enjoyed the meal.
After eating dinner, we said goodbye to each other and finished the third one shot program. I think it was such a nice program for the exchange students and Yonsei Global members, because they could try on some traditional costumes, look around traditional houses, and a wonderful Korean meal.
