Walk & Talk program is a program that you can take part with your language exchange buddy.
On October 8th, we had ‘Walk & Talk’ program in Yeouido Han-river park. 9 partners of buddies and 9 YG members participated in the program.
First, We met in front of the main gate of Yonsei University at 10:30 am, and took 753 bus to go Yeouido.
After we arrived at the park, We had a time to introduce each other and talk with buddies. And We played some games.
First game was “SPEED GAME with buddy”. Each team can choose one theme from 3 categories – Animals, Sports, and Movies.
For a minute, one person explained by body language or just by language, and the winner team got the 10 answers.
Second game was RELAY DRAWING QUIZ, which was team match. Among the answers, Yonsei-Kimchi-and so on…, all participants enjoyed the quiz and could get friendly.
We also had chicken and pizza time.
‘Walk & Talk’ program ended by gift time. Although the program officially ended at 3 pm, some buddy stayed together at Yeouido, and some others had tea-time when they go back to Sinchon.
On November 20th, with early
Christmas carols ringing on the streets in Korea, 3 YG members and 3 exchange
students visited Namsan Tower located in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. Since it was a time
when the coronavirus had increased again, we never took off our masks except
when we took pictures.
In fact, the official name of Namsan Tower
is Namsan Seoul Tower, which Koreans usually call Namsan Tower....
